Adding you news to the front page of Panty Hog is a straight-forward process but please read this short tutorial to avoid possible problems.

1. Make sure you are logged in, then choose the "Submit News Item" link from the Member Menu at the top of the pages.

2. Enter a title for your news in the Title box.

3. Type or copy and paste your news text  into the large editor box. If your news is more than one paragraph long, click you mouse at the end of the first paragraph and then click the button at the bottom of the editor box that says "More.."

Please note that you text should be Arial 10pt in black. While you have the capability to make your text huge, bold, and colorful, it will be changed to black Arial 10 pt so that it matches the rest of the site. Please save the Panty Hog editors the time required to reformat your item by just using the black 10 pt to start.

4. If you want to add a photo (recommended). Click your mouse where you would like the photo to appear in your news (generally upper left corner) and then click the "image" button at the bottom of the editor. This will open a popup window where you can either select a photo that is already in the images file, enter a url to photo appearing some where on the internet, or upload a photo to Panty Hog from your computer (to see the browse/upload image from computer form, you may need to scroll down.

5. Scroll below the text entry box to the "Publishing" area. Here you can select the category that you want your news to appear in and specify a date that you would like to have it start showing. In most cases, you will enter the current date to have it start immediately. You can ignore the end date box unless you really want the item to disappear after a certain date.

6. Add a short sentence in the metadata description of the main idea of your news listing, then you can add 3 or 4 metadata keywords for you news. IE: Panties, Special, Sale, etc.

7. Finally, scroll back up to the top of the form and click the "Save" button in the upper right hand corner.

Used panty sellers are encouraged to take advantage of all the opportunities available at Panty Hog for advertising themselves and their services. It is always apprecaited when you put a link to Panty Hog on your site, blog, auctions, etc. Those who find Panty Hog through your link will appreciate you for it as well. A link back to Panty Hog is optional except in the case of listing yourself in the Panty hog directory of used panty sellers. If you would like your listing to appear in the directory, a link back to Panty Hog is required. Please choose one of the options below. Please note, images should be right clicked, saved to your computer, and then uploaded to your site.

The videochat suite now integrated with Panty Hog allows all Panty Hog members connect in real time with a choice of video (webcam), audio, or text. The system replaces the need to use outside services such as Youtube, Yahoo/MSN instant messenger, and Skype. That is, members can now instantly record and save video, chat with video in the chatroom, instant message/video phone other members, and even play interactive games with other members. There is nothing to download or upload, when you are logged in to Panty Hog, it is all available to you. A webcam and a microphone will allow you to use all of the features, however you can view other member's videos, use the instant messaging system and the chatroom without a webcam or microphone.

Most of the videosuite features open in a new (popup) window so be sure to set your browser to allow popups on Panty Hog. Popups are good in this case because you can chat and IM even while not on the Panty Hog web site.

What is here and how to use it:

All of the links to access the videosuite features are located in the Videochat, Recorder, and IM menu that is located on the right menu area of any Panty Hog page when you are logged in. Just click the link to go to whatever area you desire. Details of each selection are below.

Your Chat and Video Profile

Here you can add some simple information and an image that is used when chatting or IMing. go ahead and complete this, it just takes a second.

Video Chatroom

The video chat room allows you to chat with other users using text, video, or voice. If you have a webcam or a mic attached to your computer, a small screen will pop up asking you if you want your cam and mic to be turned on. Just click the to give your permission or deny. If you have enabled your cam/mic, you can then choose whether to broadcast your audio and video by clicking the "V" (video) and "A" (audio) buttons under your avatar. If you turn these on, other will be able to hear and see you regardless of whether they also are transmitting audio and video. Some things to remember about the chatroom are that you create and switch rooms, whisper privately to a specific chatter, and add smilies and text formatting to your posts.

My Videos

This selection takes you to the video and audio recorder. If you have a webcam and/or mic you can instantly create a video or audio recording that will be saved to the member video area so other members can view it. When you click this selection, you will be asked to name your video/audio file. Name anything you like and press the start button to open the recorder. When ready press the "Rec" button and then press the "S" button to stop recording. You will then be given the option to preview, save, or delete your recording. If you save it, it will automatically be saved to the member video area for others to view. You can come back to this recording area and record additional videos as often as you like.

Member Videos

Clicking this link will take you to a listing of the videos recorded and saved by all users. Check/click the box next to video name or the box next to the member name (if you want to view all of that member's video recordings) and then select the view button from the top left button row to view the video. You can also click a button here to add a new video recording yourself.

Voice/Video Instant Message

Clicking this link opens the instant messenger function. It starts with presenting you with the Panty Hog member list. Scroll through the list and click a name to select the person you want to start an IM session with. After selecting the person, the IM pane will open type something (like "hello") into the chatbox and the person you are messaging with will be paged and asked to join you in private IM. If they accept, they will join your session and the two of you can privately text, use voice, and webcam to communicate with each other. Some things to note here are that you can add the user to your buddy list (favorites) to IM them quickly in the future, you can click the games button to play a selection of  interactive games together, you can send a kiss or smack, or block the other user if they bother you. Mouse over all of the buttons for tips/help of what they do. Hint: this is a great way for a panty seller to show a buyer a preview of what they are offering, and a great way to provide cam sessions to buyers.

My Buddy List

Once you have saved at least one member to your buddy list (through the IM), you can use the buddy list function to IM them quickly in the future. That is, you won't need to scroll through the 10,000 Panty Hog members to IM them.
