Name calling…let’s see, I was called a ‘fat witch’ the other day on a blog’s comments. But like Cindy I say it says more about them and their ugly, narrow little minds than it says  about me.

I never knew amazon could have such a problem with their vouchers! I’ve used them since I started and, admittedly I haven’t had loads, but I’ve had a fair few with no problems. How peculiar. Anyone other seller/buyer having problems?

Yes, your buyer sees a minimum address, not enough to track you down and camp out on your doorstep or anything so it’s safe.

Mackenzie is right. All you need is an email address, the buyer sends the certificate via it, that’s all he needs.

I’ve seen this before about orders that aren’t paid for.

As said previously there is nothing you can do. In fact if a seller did take action on those who place an order and change their mind they may be breaking the law themself by miusing personal information! There is such a thing as a ‘cool-off period’ when agreeing to a purchase. Buyers are within their legalrights to change their mind.

As Cindy said, you have to just accept this as part of selling online. If you can’t then you’re in the wrong game. Also, who has the time to chase to non-payers when you have loads of other guys who want those panties?

If you make it known you track IPs then you’re likely to do your business more damage. Potential buyers will be most put off.

The only time I use an IP address is when I’m sent abuse.

Two things: On your home page you have your PT seal but further down you say you aren’t verified yet. Also the pink dots initially are great, young and fresh but after a while they started to move round the screen (optical illusion) it may put people off and encourage them to leave your site too quickly.

But. Great site otherwise and loads of really good info. I think you’re gorgeous too. Great bone structure.

To be fair though Jess from Delish Discreet started it off so the navigation, theme and layout is down to her. The content and some of the rest is me though.
