I assume we have found the broken cookie.
I was cream crackers even trying to log-off.
Was it a caramel log i hear you ask.
Well in fact it was a digestive given to me by my friend Gari Baldi. We had some rich tea then coffee with bandits we came across in the kitchen.
I then fancied a penguin but couldn’t eat a whole one.
As you can see last night really took the biscuit.

Best wishes to all.
and remember ”it’s nice to be nice”
Just Jazzy

I should damn well think you are embarrased.

If you are a schoolteacher then that means you have been in higher education, where they tell you over and over again about plagurism.

You weren’t naivé, you just though you could get away with it. Big difference.

If a seller can’t be arsed to write her own site, and needs to put down others to make herself look good, then it stands to reason that they have no respect for the community and no intention of ever giving a good service.

And how the buggery bollocks can someone boast of having ‘quality’ panties and then sell them worn for 8 quid! Doesn’t sound in the slightest bit genuine to me.

The very sad fact is that if these girls asked for advice and help then we would gladly give it! But no, they have to steal and bitch.

What will it be this time?

Oh my webmaster did it without me knowing.

Oh it must have come from my subconscious

Oh *puts finger in mouth* I weally weally didn’t know it was wong!

Anyone want to put on a wager?

Two things lady – and I haven’t been right through your site yet!

1. Your quote

When I buy panties and thongs, I tend to buy good ones and I don’t tend to skimp on quality and buy the cheap ones that you might find on other pantie seller sites.

One thing you need to learn and quickly is that you do NOT take swipes at your fellow panty sellers. Please also note it is PANTY not PANTIE. I mean I take it you have actually bought panties from all our sites and compared the quality? No? Then don’t be a bitch.

2. Your payment advice – YOUR payment advice is it?

Funny because when I read it it looks awfully like my words with a bit of paraphrasing.

Your advice –

Personal cheques

I do have an alternative address, but if buyers prefer, they can bank cheques for me on my behalf.

I will provide my surname, sort code and account number and the address of my bank’s head office. The buyer then posts their cheque to my bank including my details (surname, sort code and account number) and the bank deals with the cheque.

It’s that easy.

My advice given on the Panty University for you to read, not steal

Personal cheques

If you don’t have a safe alternative address you can ask your buyers to bank these cheques for you on your behalf.

To do this all they need is your surname, sort code and your account number (all these numbers are available on your cheques and you will not be jeopardising your account security by giving this information out) and the address of your bank’s head office. The buyer posts his cheque to your bank including your details (surname, sort code and account number) and the bank deals with the cheque.

It’s that easy.

Your advice –

Concealed cash

I’ve never dealt with concealed cash payments, but I am told it’s a favourite with buyers who have joint bank accounts with their significant other! Please note: buyers must understand that it’s their risk and that I will provide an alternative postal address. No coins please!

Mine –

Concealed cash

Still a favourite with buyers who have joint bank accounts with their significant other. This is fine providing they understand that it’s at their risk and that you of course have an alternative postal address. Notes though, I wouldn’t think coins would be safe!

I’ve received concealed cash with no problems at all – so far.

And that is only part of it, the whole lot is MY work.

How dare you? You could have linked to that page and that would have been acceptable but to steal my work is unforgivable.

If you really are a teacher then you will know that plagurism through non-referrencing is a crime. Take my intellectual property OFF your site immediately or I WILL report you!

Not the best way to endear yourself to buyers and sellers is it?

PK – Could you add an addendum to my work so advisethat it is there to give advice only, people are welcome to link to it if necessary but outright theft is actually an offence – thankyou.

Can I just show my ignorance here but what is a <3  supposed to be or look like? I’ve twisted my head, squinted but I can’t tell, it just looks like ‘less than 3’ to me

🙁

Okay, sorry, here you go, this section is on that link:

Minimum information to be provided

Service providers, whether involved in e-commerce or not, should provide the following minimum information, which must be easily, directly and permanently accessible:

        * The name of the service provider must be given somewhere easily accessible on the site. This might differ from the trading name and any such difference should be explained – e.g. “XYZ.com is the trading name of XYZ Enterprises Limited.”
        * The email address of the service provider must be given. It is not sufficient to include a ‘contact us’ form without also providing an email address.
        * The geographic address of the service provider must be given. A PO Box is unlikely to suffice as a geographic address; but a registered office address would. If the business is a company, the registered office address must be included in any event.
        * If a company, the company’s registration number should also be given.
        * If a company, the place of registration should be stated (e.g. “XYZ Enterprises Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 1234567”) though this is a requirement of the Companies Act as from 31st December 2006, not the E-commerce Directive.
        * If the business is a member of a trade or professional association, membership details, including any registration number, should be provided.
        * If the business has a VAT number, it should be stated – even if the website is not being used for e-commerce transactions.
        * Prices on the website must be clear and unambiguous. Also, state whether prices are inclusive of tax and delivery costs.
        * Finally, do not forget the Distance Selling Regulations which contain other information requirements for on-line businesses that sell to consumers (B2C, as opposed to B2B, sales). For details of these requirements, see our article, The Distance Selling Regulations –

In other words can we get into trouble because we don’t have our address on our sites?
