I have a point to make about this as well, about sellers nominating I mean. The awards are for the last 12 months or so, give or take so how can new sellers nominate anybody for anything other than what is directly related to them, I mean how do they know, what do they compare it against?

Or should categories have some sort of criteria just like the main award? Some sort of guidance even?
