There really aren’t any payment processors that can help you I’m afraid. Not in Europe anyway.

Getting a merchant account is no easy feat, any money you make from your panties would be needed to cover your set up fees and ongoing fees from the bank, and that’s assuming you find a bank willing to back you.

Regarding online gift certificates only you can do the research to find out what is available in Holland. Find what you can use and then let your buyer know, they can use their credit card to purchase from the sites you specify. Just make sure those sites are in English as well as Dutch 😉
