This INCLUDES the selling of used underwear which is technically illegal everywhere because of it being classed as hazzardous waste.

“Representations or descriptions of intercourse, masturbation, excretory functions, or lewd exhibition of the genitals”

well…this pretty much covers any girl that writes sexy letters for their clients.

And before you attempt to…do NOT give me that shit that people are safe if they are discreet because they arent.  Paypal have their spies, and will purchase from the girls just to catch them out.  And Cindy is absolutely right they freeze your account, the money within and sometimes the money of the purchaser too.

We are only trying to give advise.  We are occasionally brusque about it because every WEEK we post to someone on here that Paypal is a no go!  Its not like its a hidden secret reserved for only the elite of the panty world.  You think we want to hide the knowledge and laugh when people get fucked over? NO
