I;ve had packages take as little as 5 days too, but as long as 4 weeks!!! Sadly its a bit haphazzard and its why i rarely post to the US.  I only have one regular Canadian buyer and I send to him purely because I like him so much.  We’ve already had one pair go walkies though.
