I received your panties today. I am VERY disappointed

If you cannot keep to the customer’s order you should
not charge for this. I require one of two things now,

money back.
I will agree postage on your part so take off 1.50Euro
and refund me the difference.

Not THAT polite I know but remember, she has my money and I do not have what I paid for. Sellers do not know how annoying this is.
How would you feel if you bought a bottle of perfume only to find it is a fake ? You would feel stupid and conned and would just accept that you have been had. Well Laura is the fake seller, she had no intention of doing my order to specification and knew that I would not return to order more and probably thought I would just let it go and not pursue it (like most people would not – especially men buying used underwear). Well the email (that I sent that is not that polite) has outlined to her I am not happy with her merchandise and willing to do something about it.
I understand that taking the polite route is probably the most beneficial 99% of the time, but you have to remember I am dealing with a con-artist NOT a genuine lady off this site.

Steve, who hopes you understand what I am trying to say and at the end of all this I will still have lost my money, not got what I ordered, she will keep my money and the world will still turn …..
