Ebanned started out really cool but I found that the number of hassles and headaches out-weighed the good aspects of the site in the end.  The customer service was never an issue for me, but the quality of the buyers and sellers was quick to decline.  After 3 non-paying bidders (who left ME negative feedback claiming I didn’t send!) in a row, I quit selling there and started my own site.
