Darn! sounds like another payment processor that is a right pain to deal with!
I have to admit I gave up on trying to actually set up an account with them as a buyer, they didn’t like my credit card :ohmy:hmy: .. actualy my bank didn’t like Ikobo :cheer:
And trying to deal with their live chat repreesntative was ‘challenging’ to say the least LMAO I hate being uncharitable but I think Fozzy Bear from the muppets would have been easier to deal with :laugh:
I’m sure others find them easy to deal with, but they seem to have problems dealing with simple queries, such customer service ‘issues’ have been mentioned on a few forums on payment processors. For a start up company that may just be acceptable, for one that has been going a few years it is completely unacceptable.
