We had a huge multi-story library at the college that I went to. They had study carrels scattered all around the outer walls on each floor. A lot of people would go up on the higher floors and use these study areas because they were quiet. Anyway they ended up arresting this guy who would sneak up on lone girls and very quietly jack off onto their shoes and feet. He was quiet, the girls were studying and it seems he got away unnoticed God knows how many times. LOL! Think about that, later the girls would get up and have no clue about how a big wad of spew ended up on their shoes.? :laugh:
