New Laws .. Your Views?

Having beento many a lads night in it’s always the same routine.
Pizza,loads of beers and some videos,the commonest reaction to most is laughter when seeing a 38 DD blonde having sex with 3 or 4 guys,it’s so unreal and not a turn on .
Now when i see a package delivered to me i know right away what is inside and that alone has my blood racing,Used panties is a joy which no porn could ever equal,once again though this is just my opinion.I can enjoy the panties for days where the video is forgotten the minute it is finished.As i said before this site is Used Panty Hog lets keep it for that purpose.

In the UK we use age release instead of all this law thingy!

Cindy has it right with the fact that she’s the only one in her pics so doesn’t have to produce any proof. If someone else took her pics she’d need age release, if someone else sold her pics she’d need age release but as she represents herself then she’s ok (by UK law) You only need it so that if you’re caught selling your 17 and 1/2 year old body to porn or tame semi clothed shoots for that matter, then your photographer or photo seller isn’t responsible. It’s you that’s taken to court. I think that’s right, I know that’s how it works with photography anyway  :huh:

To be honest I think Uk law on internet porn is pretty free reign at the mo, if you produce a site aimed at the American market then maybe it’s a different ball game. I think every single country is guilty of producing nasty porn (beastiality, child porn and rape) including the UK and the States. Money talks after all, law is just a blip to those kinds of people and the net is a BIG  place. It’s easy to get lost in if you don’t want to be found.

So true Jess!? Heck, nowadays folks could be producing porn in Singapore, hosting it out of Sweden, and running the business from the US.? And the people who are doing the truly nasty stuff like child porn are probably doing just that.

And Cindy, I want you to know that *I* don’t think that your pics are at all tasteless or obscene, just that by the standards of US law yours would be classed right in there with the hardcore stuff, and folks just like you are now having to deal with these regulations.?

Like I said before, I think this law is more about picking on the easy target of porn than about doing anything useful to protect kids.
