Not a happy bunny, anyone else have problems with talk talk?

i have just been told that they have cut me off, due to non payment, when in fact they put two of my payments into the wrong department.
had no emails or red letters or anything from them to say they were starting procedures to cut me off.
no they are saying that in order to be put back on i have to get a bt line again then switch over, but surely thats yet another contract id have to stick too.
i was engaged when we got with bt and my boyfriend was a  :idiot2:, he rung up a huge bill under my  name and then had a account in his name. when i transferred to talk talk i did this in my name, so when we split up there was no problem.
i have not seen him for over 5 months, have no idea where he is and i cannot get back on bt cus of the debt he left. i also have debts with telewest, so looks as though ill be leaving very shortly for a long time, unless i win the lottery lol. bye xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Why don’t you contact BT and explain the situation in full and i hope they might show a willingness to help,offer to pay what you can afford and they may help.

i thought of that, but even f they did put me back on, its a contract id have to be on for a while if im repaying back debt, but i also have to continue paying talk talk as its an 18 month contract and ive only been on it for 6. which means i wouldnt be able to transfer to talktalk and will just be paying two bills

Option 2.
Talk Talk is part of Carphonewarhouse so call them and tell them all the facts and see if they can allow you some way of staying connected. GOOD LUCK.

ive tried calling so many people at taktalk and carphone warehouse, the waiting times are like 15-30 mins on a 0870 no, well im sending one last email, and if they cannot keep me on i will cancel my direct debit and try to find somewhere else.
what a pain in the ass lol
