I understand your paranoia completely! I often pop along to the ‘other place’ and am quite frankly amazed that you sellers (and buyers!) persevere over there with the crap you are expected to put up with. That forum is several years behind this one. It has come to my attention, and many others who I am sure you will also hear from, that pantypost.net have willfully breached copywrite. Quite a serious offense.

I understand that the copywrite owner Serena of http://www.serenassecret.net/ has already contacted you to report this copywrite theft. I also also given to understand that your response was that you couldn’t just take her word for it. Are you serious? Have you looked at Serena’s site? If you do take a gander you will see that her entire site is based around one colourway and one logo.

So let’s see, on the one hand we have an entire site using a particular shade of brown and a heart burst logo. An ENTIRE site. On the other hand we have a banner. One little banner which has the same shade of brown and the same heart burst logo…ah but the heart has been replaced by a little pair of panties.

…and you say you can’t take her word for it?

I am saddened and dismayed that are not taking this breach of copywrite seriously. Your user has broken not only your TOS, I assume you don’t allow copywrite theft? But they have broken the law using your services.

You are right that it is legal for a woman to work from her house. If she had other girls there then it would be a brothel and she would be prosecuted for running a brothel. Even if she had a ‘maid’ it would be considered as a brothel, she would be charged but the maid wouldn’t as long as the maid isn’t handling the money or taking the bookings. If the maid does, then she/he could be prosecuted for pimping.

Trust me, I have to know these things as I am considered a sex worker under UK law.
