😉 Disclaimer: As Anna found, I too see that there is a member over there with a very similar username. A look at her recent posts in their forums shows some posts from that person with actually quite similar content regarding ebanned’s right to a cut. However, there is no way of verifying that our poster here is indeed the same person found there. So please, do take that into consideration because the person there may have nothing to do with the posts here. Who knows and who cares? The minichat uses Ajax which allows for instant display of posts without the need to refresh. Instant is about as fast as it gets. What do you mean about it being slow?

The main Panty Hog chatroom listed in the Panty Discussion menu allows members to interact with audio and video (webcam). The mini chat’s main intended purpose is to allow members to make contact, and then move into the full chat area if desired.

No need for a fuss. As I said in the opening news item, The Auctions at Panty Hog were put up for members’ enjoyment, not to ruffle feathers. As a matter of fact I personally let auction site owners know of our plans for an auction feature before I opened it so that there would be no surprises.

The auction area has not been open for even a week yet, and a few members have already bought and sold panties there and have had some fun doing it. Therefore, as far as I’m concerned, it is already a success in that it has brought some members together.

Since I spent a good deal of time and Panty Hog money on getting the auction area up and secure, of course I hope it will be well used. Why shouldn’t it be? Sellers can sell using features that are not available even to pay for on other auction sites. Buyers get a nice selection of used panty only related auctions from members they know and trust from the Panty Hog site, and at much relaxed pricing as the sellers don’t need to re-coup selling fees. I’m pretty comfortable with saying that you “ain’t” going to find used panties from top quality sellers starting at $1.00 on any other auction venue.

I do find Carrie’s post insulting to me personally, to our sponsors, but most of all, to our contributing members who have spent money and endless hours developing a place with worthwhile content where anyone interested in the used panty fetish (including her) is welcomed with open arms without regard to how much they can or will contribute. However, if someone isn’t smart enough to figure out what a great opportunity is sitting in their lap, I’m not going to waste time with them. My time and thoughts are much better utilized working with the great members we have here at Panty Hog.

I’ve either done a piss-poor job of getting the message across, or you haven’t looked at Panty Hog at all. Panty Hog is not like any other site. The entire Panty Hog web site is founded on the belief that the used panty fetish community will be strengthened by providing a place for the community to share everything and anything related to used panties. After you’ve put the link to your site in your auction listing, come on back and put it in a lead story on our front page.

Panty Hog had a security  :police: update a few days ago. This caused the story area, the video chatroom, and the comments to stop working because they were security risks. The video chatroom has been modified, and is back up, but the changes needed for the stories and comments functions are in progress. Sorry for the delay, but until they’re declared safe to use again, they need to stay “broken”.

To answer your question, Of course this will apply to sellers as well. The auction area is for Panty Hog members only so most of ladies selling there will be familiar to guys that visit Panty Hog. If you look around Panty Hog, you should easily notice that rip offs, cons, and scams are well visited topics here. As Jess said, because of the interactive nature of Panty Hog, scammers probably don’t find Panty Hog to be a very safe or comfortable place. The members of Panty Hog take these problems quite seriously. If your scenario came about, I would contact the seller directly to help you get it resolved, and I have no problem with barring a dishonest seller or buyer.

I can’t say much about your past experience, I don’t know what tone you might have used when making your “suggestion”. However, I can say that member requests are the very reason we added the auction. I think regular users here would agree that Panty Hog is completely open to member suggestions, infact we constantly ask for them. At times, it may take a day or so to get back to you, but we do get back to you and actually appreciate suggestions, notices of things not working, and in the scenario you described, alerts that there is a problem with a member.

I hope you go ahead it give auctions another look if you like sexy ladies and panties. I know I certainly wouldn’t let anything stand in the way of my getting a look at one of Jess’ “unique bits”  jo  !
